EXERCISE AND EAT RIGHT!
Unsystematic food is the difference of our time: the modern pace of life dictates its own conditions. But it is really easy to change or completely abandon such a regime. Just think about the consequences of such our “habits”: the body, receiving irregular food, cannot rebuild its work, sharp surges in sugar induce it to hedge and make a reserve “for a rainy day” in the form of fat deposits.
How to ensure a healthy diet while exercising?
A few tips from xpatindia:
- Meals should be divided into small portions. 5 meals a day – ideal to lose weight, and 6-8 times (every 2 hours) – in order to increase active muscle mass. It is important to understand that one meal should contain the number of calories you need, but no more than 300-400 (ideally, calculate your rate individually).
- Remember for yourself that breakfast and dinner are the norm, do not skip these meals. Of course, you cannot take everything literally: you should not gorge yourself in the evening, it is better to give preference to fresh vegetables or low-fat cottage cheese.
- Your daily water intake should be at least 2 liters.
- Eat food 2 hours before training. If your goal is to reduce volumes, then after sports activities do not eat carbohydrates for 2 hours, and if you build muscle mass, then be sure to eat foods with a high content of carbohydrates and proteins after training. It could be some kind of fruit or yogurt.
If you need control, then consult a nutritionist. Our proprietary fitness testing program is also great for speeding up the process. A varied program of classes in FizKult will help you choose an interesting and useful activity for yourself.
Eat right, exercise, and you will be surprised: the goal is closer than it seems!
