Doing fitness and eating right, perhaps, these two links of a healthy lifestyle cannot be distinguished. If you want your body to be slim and beautiful, and your mind to be healthy, then only balanced training and proper nutrition will help you achieve this.

Unsystematic food is the difference of our time: the modern pace of life dictates its own conditions. But it is really easy to change or completely abandon such a regime. Just think about the consequences of such our “habits”: the body, receiving irregular food, cannot rebuild its work, sharp surges in sugar induce it to hedge and make a reserve “for a rainy day” in the form of fat deposits.

How to ensure a healthy diet while exercising?

A few tips from xpatindia:

  1. Meals should be divided into small portions. 5 meals a day – ideal to lose weight, and 6-8 times (every 2 hours) – in order to increase active muscle mass. It is important to understand that one meal should contain the number of calories you need, but no more than 300-400 (ideally, calculate your rate individually).
  2. Remember for yourself that breakfast and dinner are the norm, do not skip these meals. Of course, you cannot take everything literally: you should not gorge yourself in the evening, it is better to give preference to fresh vegetables or low-fat cottage cheese.
  3. Your daily water intake should be at least 2 liters.
  4. Eat food 2 hours before training. If your goal is to reduce volumes, then after sports activities do not eat carbohydrates for 2 hours, and if you build muscle mass, then be sure to eat foods with a high content of carbohydrates and proteins after training. It could be some kind of fruit or yogurt.

If you need control, then consult a nutritionist. Our proprietary fitness testing program is  also great for speeding up the process. A varied program of classes in FizKult will help you choose an interesting and useful activity for yourself.

Eat right, exercise, and you will be surprised: the goal is closer than it seems!
