Any strict diet is stressful for a person. Regardless of the goal – to lose weight or gain weight – constant dietary restrictions are an additional burden for daily life. It turns out like in a joke, when it was forbidden to eat with a fork, and immediately I wanted it with a fork. The solution to this issue among athletes was cheat sweet.

Cheat meal (from English cheat meal) is a meal that absolutely contradicts the individual norm of KBZhU and, often, the basics of proper nutrition. It is assumed that the athlete chooses for himself, for example, a lunch in which he eats a hamburger, French fries and a huge portion of ice cream for the benefit of the diet. Sounds weird? But such a riot has several goals:

Psychological relief with a strict diet (as a rule, we are talking about a low-calorie or carbohydrate-free diet of active bodybuilders).

A shake-up for the body, maintaining a high level of metabolism. Our body is accustomed to saving energy and optimizing all processes, therefore, when limiting KBZHU, it can simply reduce the speed of work (read, burning fat, muscle growth). And cheat sweet gives a signal to the body: “Hey guy, do not relax, we need to plow always.”

 

WHAT ARE THE RULES THAT READ CUTE?

First, don’t use cheat mil as an excuse for overeating at your birthday party. If you are not an athlete in preparation for a competition, most likely, flaws in your diet occur regularly (you must admit that not everyone is ready to follow KBZHU and keep daily food counts up to a gram). And that means that every day you have a little cheat cute.

Second, cheat mil is strictly one meal a week, in the morning.

Thirdly, cheat sweet should not contradict common sense and your personal contraindications for nutrition. For example, with chronic gastritis, you should not eat a kilogram of fried cheese sticks with beer. This cheat is cute not only will not help the metabolism, but will probably lead to a doctor and a disruption to the training schedule.

And finally, many athletes prescribe a workout in the evening after cheat mil so that the body does not absorb extra calories the next night.

That is, if you are psychologically tired of a constant diet, if you feel that your metabolism has slowed down (the feeling of hunger does not appear, the weight is worth it), then plan yourself a feast of several desired dishes. Make cheat mila a holiday and enjoy it to the fullest to happily survive the continuation of your diet!
